1. Scope

These terms apply to every purchase of a licence for the Larx software through this website. The provider is [Vor- und Nachname bzw. Firma], [Straße und Hausnummer], [PLZ Ort].

2. What you buy

You acquire a time-limited or unlimited (lifetime), non-transferable licence to use Larx on one Windows PC. The licence is delivered as a licence key.

3. Conclusion of contract

The plans shown on the website are not a binding offer. By completing payment with PayPal you make a binding offer, which we accept by showing you the licence key.

4. Prices and payment

The final prices shown at the time of ordering apply. [USt-IdNr. oder: Kleinunternehmer nach § 19 UStG, es wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet]. Payment is made via PayPal.

5. Term and activation

Your time starts when you first activate the key in Larx, not when you buy it. Lifetime licences remain valid for as long as Larx is offered. A key is bound to one PC. We allow a change of PC on request through our Discord support; the remaining time is kept.

6. Use and risks

Larx changes mouse input on Windows. Many online games forbid such software in their terms of service. You are responsible for which game rules you follow. We accept no responsibility for bans or other measures taken by game publishers against your game account. We do not promise that Larx will not be detected by games or anti-cheat systems.

7. Online checks and availability

Larx checks the licence regularly over the internet and runs for up to 6 hours without a connection. We aim to keep the licence server running without interruption; short maintenance outages are possible.

8. Blocking for misuse

We may block a key if it is shared or resold, if someone tries to bypass the licence check, or if a payment is reversed.

9. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

10. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in the withdrawal policy. It expires once we have started providing the licence key after you expressly agreed and confirmed that you know you lose the right.

11. Final provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you usually live remain unaffected.
